World of Conflict

World of Conflict
A combination of The Guards and Maneuver Warrior, World of Conflict covers battles through the contemporary world. Reconfigured maps from MW and TG inhabit a new set with the 3d edition rules and all-new scenario books, which update and balance the battles from the previous games.
World of Conflict is a repackaging of parts of Maneuver Warrior and The Guards. This new set keeps the counters intact from the previous games, but redoes virtually everything else. The maps have been reconfigured as single sheets (1 each for Africa, desert, and woodland) but are still generic terrain. The scenarios have not only been rewritten to match the maps, but to improve the balance of play. And the new 3d edition rules try to iron out the issues raised by numerous gamers, and clarify some ambiguous wording from earlier.
Maneuver Warrior
Modern combat all over the globe. Scenarios cover Checnya, Iraq, Palestine, and more. Merkavas, Strykers, T-80s, engineers, partisan snipers. Watch online for new scenarios to support this game, and integrate with the first two.
Warfighter 101: The Guards
Features new rules for civilians, a British infantry battalion, government militia that plays on both sides, and 4 geomorphic maps. Includes 4 maps, 3 scenarios, and the new rules for civilians, as well as the 2d edition standard rules for the entire W101 line, and 2 blank OPORDs for you to construct your own missions.

What about the 'new' scenarios?

As much as possible, the scenarios have been kept intact from their previous games. Some editing was obviously needed to match the newly-reconfigured maps. But we also needed to address some game balance issues. Although we strive for accuracy in the orbats and situations on which the scenarios are based, accuracy does not always make for the best game, and in some cases, we've tweaked our best predictions of the actual battles in order to make a more competitive game. We hope you like the results.
